Early Careers and Graduate Programs from Intuition
Our Approach
Our program design gives your talent the skills and knowledge required to be ‘desk ready’. We provide a holistic development plan that supports the development of technical know-how and commercially relevant skills.
Engaging
Our ‘design thinking’ approach when developing learning experiences and programs encourages active participation and engagement of all stakeholders.
Tried and Tested
This process allows your talent development professionals to put themselves in the learners’ shoes, confident in the knowledge that the program creates an experience that benefits both the firm and its incoming talent.
Varied
Our training program is modular and uses a variety of methodologies and learning technology. It delivers adaptive learning journeys that help raise the level of technical and commercial skills, thereby accelerating the progress and ultimately the careers of talented and engaged employees.
Our development process
Our process comprises five phases, which are briefly discussed below.
Phase One: Needs Analysis
We will undertake an in-depth needs analysis to clarify objectives, deliverables, and lessons learned from previous programs.
Phase Two: Design
We will tailor the program structure and content to the client’s specific needs. This will ensure your talents’ learning journey is relevant to address knowledge and skills gaps.
Phase Three: Development
We will develop program materials with a focus on interactivity, drawing on real-life case studies and exercises.
Phase Four: Delivery and Program Management
We will ensure all aspects of the program delivery and management are best in class.
Phase Five: Evaluation and Planning
We will evaluate all elements of the program to identify results and plan for future developments.

Bootcamp

Workshop

- Breakout room exercises
- Case studies
- Real-world examples
Group Projects

Coaching
A 1-1 coach/mentor is assigned to get your talent’s feedback on objective setting, the workshop, exercises, etc.
Continuing the Journey
The individual continues to learn during the normal ebb and flow of their work and is provided with continuous performance support.
